A small companion on your desktop that keeps an eye on every task

The mini window floats above every app. Without opening the main window you can see which tasks are running and which are waiting on you, answer approvals and questions in place, and say or type whatever comes to mind. The pet standing on top moves with the state of your tasks.

Open taskReply

Hand off a task from the mini window and the pet moves with it. The task is running, and so is the pet. Carry on with what you were doing. It wants to run a command and is waiting for your nod: allow or deny it right here. Done. Open task takes you to that chat in the main window. Denied, so the command does not run and the task waits for you.

There when you call, no trip back to the main window

Press the shortcut in any app and the mini window appears; press it again to put it away. You can also keep it on your desktop, or drag it to a screen edge to tuck it into a sliver.

Answer in place
Allow once or deny a permission request right there, and answer Klaus's questions on the spot.
Send a quick message
One line starts a new chat; Reply on an activity adds to that chat, with files and screenshots if you like.
Just talk
Finish a sentence and it transcribes, answers and reads the reply aloud; start speaking and the reply stops.
Recorded in the real client: a task starts, one approval is allowed in place, the result opens in the main window, then a different pet is picked in Settings.

Questions

Will the mini window always sit on my screen?

That depends on the visibility you choose. Always visible keeps it on your desktop; On demand shows it only when you press the shortcut and hides it when you click away. When it stays visible you can drag it to the left or right edge to tuck it into a sliver, and click to bring it back.

What does voice chat need?

Realtime speech recognition on this computer, and a speech model chosen in Settings → Models → Default models, which reads the replies aloud. If either is unavailable, the button says why.

Can I use a character I drew?

Yes. In Settings → Mini & Pets, import a transparent sprite sheet (8 columns, 9 or 11 rows) from a file or a URL, or click Create pet: Klaus opens a chat to design, generate and check it with you, then adds it to the list.
